Apologies for the VIP Downtime

Sorry about the problems we've been having with VIP/admin ranks and permissions tonight. My computer crashed due to overheating and it corrupted the hard disk. When I finally got into Windows, the web server loaded up and sent a blank permissions file to the game servers, so nobody had their ranks.

I've reformatted now and everything seems to be working ok. I have added an extra day onto every limited VIP Member's time, so no-one has lost out on VIP time they've paid for.
