How to make your GTA and MTA run as good as it possibly can, whether you are on an old single-core, dual-core, triple-core, quad-core PC, doesn't matter.

1. Game Configuration
1.1. Go inside GTA San Andreas game.
1.2. Open Main Menu and Visual Settings.
1.3. Set Draw Distance to lowest.
1.4. Go to Advanced settings and set Visual FX Quality to low, Antialiasing to none.
1.5. Success.

2. Low-Resolution Effects
2.1. Download LQ Effects. ( https://www.mediafire.com/file/k3hghw4ty6042uh/Low_Effects.rar/file)
2.2. Open the WinRar archive.
2.3. Go to your GTA San Andreas root folder, models folder inside.
2.4. Drop all files from the archive inside it.
2.5. Success.

3. GAME BOOSTER
3.1. Dowinload Razer Game Bosster ( * link removed * )
3.2 Install Razer Game Bosster.

4. Power Options
4.1 Go to Start
4.2 Go to Control Panel
4.3 Power Options
4.4 Select "High Performance" ( https://imgur.com/a/KBMyp8S )

I don't recommend using a game booster. They don't usually work and are usually packed with unwanted software or even viruses.

^ This, they just shut off unwanted programs wich you can do yourself.
Most of them leave a backdoor so they can pile shit into your system over time.
