I've been designing skins and objects for about 3 months and I've a great experience in mapping.
I found this server at the MTA:SA forums. Im interested in helping this server in mapping or designing.

The server isn't using any skin models for now, but its still ups to admins to decide.

Hi. Thanks for the offer. I'll keep you in mind but we try to avoid adding custom skins and models wherever possible because we try to keep the file transfers to a minimum on our servers.
