GMOD - TTT
- Zombie spawns can now be toggled on and off with !ZOMBIES when there are only 1 or 2 players on the server.
- Added VSS Vintorez sniper rifle as a Traitor-only weapon.
- Reduced recoil on Desert Eagle.
- Finally fixed Traitor shop menu icons for AK-47 and Suicide Bomb.
- Made Suicide Bomb view/world models look like C4, as I was still unable to fix the real Suicide Bomb models.
- Removed RDM Manager / damage log addon.

- Contents of unused tents will now gradually decay over time. If a tent has not been used for 4 weeks or more, 1 random item will disappear from it each day, until it is empty and then the tent will despawn.
- Garages can no longer be rented. Any garages that were already rented out will remain so until the rent period expires.
- There is now only 1 normal spawn and 1 non-garage spawn for each of the following vehicle types: Infernus, Hotring Racer, Turismo, Bullet, Cheetah.
- There is now only 1 daily scheduled war zone event, which will occur from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, server time.
- The daily scheduled demolition derby event will now occur from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, server time.
- Scheduled events will now only award 50 shop points for first place, 25 shop points for second place, and 10 shop points for third place. Winners will still receive a Loot Crate.
- Packet loss stats have been removed from the scoreboard, and players will no longer be warned or kicked when they have high packet loss, due to the inaccuracy of MTA's packet loss calculation. It is still possible to check a player's packet loss stats with the /NET command, and admins may still occasionally warn or kick players with high packet loss.

- Added FBI Uniform item (skin 286), which can be found in police stations or selected as a VIP skin.
- Added Idlewood Crack Den interior, containing residential loot with a higher chance of spawning Painkiller and Morphine items.
- Clarice now chooses 3 types of item to buy each day, instead of 1, and these can now be almost any item. Players are now rewarded 10 XP per item, instead of 5 XP, but double XP no longer affects this reward.
- The server now waits 5 seconds after a garage is closed before checking if vehicles inside the garage need to be locked and frozen. This should prevent bugs caused by players closing a garage and running in or out while the door is still closing.
- Added "The Riddler" achievement, which is awarded to players when correctly answering one of Clarice's spontaneous riddles and winning a Loot Crate.

- VIP base entrances can no longer be placed near the aeroplane remains at Verdant Meadows ("Abandoned Airfield"). If you already have a base there, please move it as soon as possible.
- Added a 5-minute cooldown to the protection gained from exiting a VIP base, making it harder to abuse.

- The /KILL (or /SUICIDE) command no longer stacks to make you bleed faster if you enter it more than once.
- Tents can no longer be pitched in the entrance to the section of Area 69 with the bunker and towers. They will still disappear from your inventory, so I don't recommend testing this.
- The commands for changing VIP base interiors are now easier to understand and use. The syntax is now /BASEINT [interior [entrance]]. For example, to make your second entrance lead to base interior 4, you would enter /BASEINT 4 2. Omitting the entrance argument will still change the interior for all of your base entrances, e.g. /BASEINT 7 will change them all to interior 7, but this will no longer cause all interiors to change if you attempt to change the interior for your first entrance afterwards.

- VIP base exit protection cooldown now resets when the player dies.
- Players will now start to bleed when repeatedly attacking players under VIP base exit protection.
- Added 30 cooldown to combination keypads, such as the one for the Blueberry Ammu-Nation, making it harder for players to find correct codes by spamming keypads.
- Demolition derby vehicles will now gradually take damage when outside of the demolition derby ring.

- Rewrote lag detection system and lag-related damage modifiers. All players are now assigned a lag level depending on their ping: less than 140 is level 0, 140-179 is level 1, 180-219 is level 2, and 220 and above is level 3. Normal damage is done to players on the same lag level as you and players that are 1 level above or below you. No damage can be done to players that are 2 or more lag levels below you. Hitting players 2 or more lag levels above you will insta-kill them.
- Improved netcode, reducing amount of data that is unnecessarily synchronised between server and clients and downloaded when connecting.
- VIP Members with the level 100 reward unlocked can now choose to spawn with a Desert Eagle (and 3 mags) instead of an M9 SD or an M1911.
- Improved Shamal crash code. The Shamal will now spawn on the ground instead of in the air or embedded in a building or the ground.
- Shamal crashes can now be entered when under water.
- Added James Bond-inspired "Breather" as a rare toolbelt item, which allows players to breathe under water. The Breather only spawns in the Planning Department clone building on Hy Brasil (the secret island). Voidpacks no longer spawn there.
- Clarice now pays 15 XP for each item sold to her instead of 10.
- Items sold to Clarice now count towards the item disposal stat and leaderboard (renamed from trash disposal).
- Added stat, leaderboard, achievements and titles for animal kills.

- Added 2 more vehicles to the demolition derby arena.
- Added demolition derby vehicle set which contains only the Bloodring Banger, and rearranged order of vehicle sets.

- It is now possible to eat Scruffy Burgers and Raw Meat. Doing so has a 50% chance of restoring 200 or 800 blood respectively and making you less hungry, and a 50% chance of making you vomit, deducting 200 or 800 blood respectively and setting your hunger level to starving.
- It is now possible to butcher a player corpse when you have a Hunting Knife in your inventory, turning it into between 1 and 3 pieces of meat. This meat can be cooked or eaten raw and eating it has the same effects as eating cooked or raw animal meat, but with an added side effect.
