Is it allowed to snipe if u got big ploss lets say 8% and constantly being warned about it but still coming to pvp?

If you mean sniped by a CZ then i would say yes as no contact has been made that would give them any advantage. I could be wrong on this but thats my opinion , maybe Balrog would advise differently

If your packet loss is that high you shouldn't be anywhere near PvP, period. Countless times, I've tried to snipe a laggy sniper who ends up taking no damage at all.

Ye but i didnt lag it was ash and i had ss and he sniped me his ploss was 8

He shouldn't have engaged in PvP but if you got sniped out of the ss, why was your first instinct to check his packet loss? There's no correlation between the two. I'm not calling you out on anything, but it's quite obvious most people get killed and instantly do /net on the other player just so they can have something to accuse them of.

As far as I know, you had no idea he was there and you were not actively engaged in PvP with him; the network detection is not infalible (this is a rather old mod for an even older game), and you don't know if he was trying for 10 minutes or just got lucky with one or two shots. I completely agree with Gus' post.
